Multivallate hillfort, very well defined but obscured by plantation. (1)
Three ditch system, counterscarp bank on edge of third ditch, making system of four banks, three ditches on SW side E of main entrance: compact two ditch system separated by a 21m space from the outer bank and ditch. Eastern end - three variations of the four ditch system. (3)
Wapley Camp multivallate on E and S where approach is more open, bivallate (two scarps) on N. There are two original entrances, N and S, two others E and W are probably modern. (2)
'Where paths can be seen over the ramparts, stones are showing.' (9)
